As a minimum, we store your email address, emergency name and emergency contact number. Our focus group has identified key pieces of information that will help the 999 operators handle your emergency quicker.
Your medical information (allergies, medication, etc) and NHS number are encrypted in our database. You can delete your profile data at any time.
The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
